Filet Mignon prepared by Chef Dean Manalo; Seda Hotel’s Executive Chef

Set exclusively at Seda Hotel’s Club Lounge on the 11th floor with its scenic view of the Macajalar bay and the mountains it’s an ideal setting for a fine dining experience. Prepared table-side I had the opportunity to witness Chef Dean’s culinary expertise while enjoying the stories from his experiences as an ice sculpting artist and as a set and prop designer. The 5-course menu specially created for the occasion was signed by Chef Dean Manalo which serves as memorabilia. Being the first to savour Seda Hotel’s fine dining experience, it was featured on the newspaper the following week.
