A Weekend BBQ Buffet: Fresh seafood and well marinated meats paired with unlimited servings of local beer for only 899 PHP per person*

Time to celebrate with meat, seafood, and unlimited beer, because there’s always a reason to be merry. Executive Chef Martin Bower of Crimson Hotel Alabang fires up the grill by the pool with the the freshest seafood on the market and hefty meats marinated for no less than 24 hours. It’s easy to say, I’ll just grill my own at home for less, but you’ll be missing out on the cool breeze, the live music, and the plush seats perfect for a good night under the stars.

So what’s grilling at the Deck Bar? During our visit we were delighted with BBQ Chicken, Beef Medallion, Pork and Herb Sausages, Pork Tocino, Mussels, and piles of Spiny “rock” Lobsters. On the side they offered buttered corn cobs, baked potatoes, fluffy plain rice, and the outstanding salad bar with a pre-made selection, which include artichoke salad, potato salad, and beetroot salad or you can opt to make your own, but with a solid line-up why bother, the kitchen team has done a fine job on the salads.

Last, but not the least is the dessert bar with chocolatey goodies to sweeten the deal further. Mini cakes and martini glasses filled with chocolate, what’s not to like. It’s a simple end to a carnivorous meal. 


The Weekend BBQ Buffet at the Deck Bar may not offer as much options as many hotel buffets try to impress, but the inclusion of free-flowing beer does present a great value to those who enjoy drinking beer and grilled meat. The quality of the spread is of high caliber, the lobsters are in my opinion are enough for me to recommend this buffet.
