Annam Noodle Bar welcomes you to experience a Taste of Vietnam at Resorts World Manila. They first landed in Manila in Eastwood City, which catered to the populous northern region of Metro Manila, this second branch caters to the southern half and will please the many visitors of Resorts World Manila.

Annam Noodle Bar was founded in Singapore as NamNam Noodle Bar by Chef Nam in 2012 through his passion for cooking and sharing good Vietnamese food.

His culinary skill has allowed him to work in various award-winning restaurants and hotels around the world – such as the one Michelin star Le Canard Oslo and the prestigious Sukhothai Bangkok, where he took the reins as Executive Chef. After a successful career, Nam decided to returned to his roots and opened the casual quick-service NamNam Noodle Bar where he expressed the old-world recipes with a modern twist, designed to transport diners to the Vibrant streets of Vietnam.

Vietnamese Food – Bánh Mì (Vietnamese Sandwich), Gỏi cuốn (Spring Rolls), and the ever popular Phở (Vietnamese Noodle Soup) FYI: it’s pronounced as “fuh” are the top 3 dishes that comes to mind, but there’s so much more.

Pho Australian Beef Combination (380 PHP)

They take pride in the fact that 95% of their menu does not contain Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), which is commonly used to enhance the overall flavour of food.

They are conveniently located in bustling, high traffic areas to cater to busy urbanites looking for a quick and hassle-free Vietnamese fix, who are dining alone or in groups. Currently, they are located in Eastwood and Resorts World Manila.

“Good food should be enjoyed by everyone”, thus they try keep prices affordable for everyone to enjoy without degrading quality.

Twice cooked Australian beef brisket, fried egg Bánh Mì (250 PHP)
The recent Bánh Mì craze has taken over Manila in a snap, stalls and restaurants popping up rapidly with their own version. Annam stands out with their immersive experience and traditional taste, that brings your closer to Vietnam with each bite.

Pandan Red Bean Iced Tea (150 PHP)

Mix it well with every sip as the beans settle below and you can easily end up dry before you can finish the read beans.

Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk (120 PHP)

Crispy Fried Pork Chop with Steamed Egg Meatloaf (340 PHP)

More than just a combo meal, it’s a taste of Vietnam! Served on a banana leave with garnishes, a side dish, vegetables, and the rice plus + main dish affair.

Pomelo Salad with Prawns, Chicken and Assorted Crackers (280 PHP)

I enjoyed their Bánh Mì offerings as they use fresh ingredients and Vietnamese bread to truly express the Vietnamese sandwich experience. The Rice Meals are a great addition to the menu as Rice remains the staple for most, if not all Filipinos. We love our rice! Neighbouring nations are slowly carving their way into the adventurous palates of the Filipinos. Kudos to Annam for sharing a taste of Vietnam.
