Among the spread were the essential buffet offerings such as Japanese and Chinese food. Showcased at the center of the buffet was “All Things Swiss” station, my eyes laid sight on the numerous authentic dishes curated by Chef Rolf Jaeaggi of Marco Polo Hong Kong. A few that interested me, were the mayo-free potato salad that has a slight sour punch, which works well the sausages. Many variations of sausage dishes, thinly sliced cold meats, braised meat dishes, and smokey dried beef, all had a distinct taste and feel of high quality goodness.
