Highlands Bistro at Estancia mall is the cozy laid-back spin-off of the popular Highlands Prime Steakhouse in Mall of Asia and the exclusive Highlanders Steakhouse in Tagaytay Highlands both renowned for their premium quality steaks.
Heading the kitchen is Chef John Kingston, a seasoned culinary expert who enjoys the classics, which he expresses with his curated menu of comfort food. Start off with a bowl of crisp potato skins and follow it up with their smoked baked oysters.

Fresh baked oysters with a smoky presentation for a striking start. Plump oysters topped with spinach and mozzarella with of a side lemon hidden under a dome filled with smoke.

Tender chicken wrapped in a light flour tortilla with sour cream, guacamole and tomato salsa dips on the side.

The Chicken Parmigiana (600 PHP)
Tender chicken fillet plays center field with bold tomato sauce on one side and a creamy truffle mushroom on the other to balance out. An excellent lunch dish to keep one going through the day.

Thin crisp crust pizza topped with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan drizzled with truffle oil.
