Chilis’s remains one of the top casual dining venues with over 12 branches spread across Metro Manila. This popular American restaurant entered the Philippines in 1997 and has since then won the hearts of many Filipino families with their consistent quality service and food. Bringing people together with hefty plates of good food and a positive mood.
Started the new year with BBQ Steak with Chimichurri at Chili’s Greenbelt, it’s a sirloin cut steak that’s part of Top Fusions’ new menu launched on November of 2017. The medium rare steak rests on a bed of mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce. Topped with pickled red onions, white cheese, fresh cilantro and BBQ sauce. Served with scrumptious creamed corn on the side.
The standout dish on the new menu – The lamb chop trio, it’s best enjoyed when handled by the bone. Grilled medium-rare for a succulent bite. Laid on a bed of potato rounds with warm a fruity chipotle sauce. It’s served with roasted creamed corn on the side.
We weren’t the only ones who decided to start the year with something meaty. The restaurant was packed and we were glad enough to have been seated on right away. Chili’s Philippines currently operates 12 branches in Metro Manila and continues to innovate and expand where needed.
